About the opportunity:Our team is continuing to grow and because of this we are looking for a driven National Safety Manager.
The role of the National Safety Manager will be working to align all branches on the implementation of safety fundamentals.
The role will see you assist in improving and maintaining organisational compliance with legislation, ensuring monthly & quarterly reports are completed and correct to accuracy on or before the due dates.
You will play an active role in promoting safety compliance, and it will see you meeting with various departments and senior management on a monthly basis to ensure they are aware of and complete the required activities, as well as implement and manage an action plan.
The Lift and Escalator industry is dynamic and growing.

The Operations team have a very high regard for the Safety team and you will be part of the National team and have the opportunity to directly influence and impact the business.

This would include Diploma in Work Health & Safety as a minimum.Ideal for experience Safety Manager or a Safety Coordinator looking to impact and develop.Good organisational skills and able to prioritise their workload with multitasking.Sound verbal, written & listening skills and is a good communicator.Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge in ZOHO would be beneficial yet not essential.Basic knowledge of data analysis & reporting.Internal Auditor Training will be highly regarded though not essential.Key Accountabilities:Align with all branches to ensure monthly & quarterly QHSE reports are completed and correct to accuracy on or before the due dates.Manage document control for the company's QHSE Management System.Assist Branches to align & provide the required support to implement & maintain QHSE Management System.Hold regular meetings with Branch Managers to ensure they are aware of & complete the required activities, implement and manage an action plan.Ensure that all meetings & trainings carried out at the Sites and Branches are recorded in the correct format (by the nominated person at the meeting), and minutes are scanned to the relevant location in QA.Work closely with stakeholders to complete, update & review QHSE Risk Assessments as per company procedures.About Liftronic:Liftronic is the largest Australian-founded lift company.
