About The Role This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM), a SaaS Sales Team Lead, or a SaaS Sales Manager, with 10+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales. Once you are proficient in the role, product, and target market, we will begin expanding your team rapidly, aiming for 15+ members by July 2025. In this position, you will act as a BDM, Team Lead, and National Sales Manager simultaneously while hiring and training new team members. You will receive training, support, and mentorship from the CEO.
About The Person We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales individual with the ambition to establish themselves as a SaaS National Sales Manager and Executive in a fast-growing SaaS company. You should be ultra-focused and adaptable, particularly in the first year, as you will need to balance both team growth and budget management. Your responsibilities will include selling, leading by example, mentoring new team members, and managing the team's targets.
