Join our fast-paced, innovative team as the next National Road Logistics Full Load Product Manager in Kuehne+Nagel Australia!Your RoleWe are looking for a driven Road Logistics Full Load Product Manager to join our growing Road Logistics team, based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing the full load services within Kuehne+Nagel's Road Logistics. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with partners, driving the awareness of the FTL product within KN and the AU market, selling the FTL services to suitable businesses, ensuring efficient transport solutions, and driving cost-effectiveness to meet customer and business needs.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee full and part load services across the country, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.Develop relationships with partners, negotiating rates and service agreements.Develop the FTL product marketing strategy internally and externally with the National Business Development Manager.Identify opportunities and close new business opportunities.Deliver operational excellence across the business unit, continuously optimizing operations by implementing standard processes and best practices.Monitor and analyze logistics data to optimize route planning and load distribution.Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and manage service expectations.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.Design the growth strategy of the FTL product with the Road Logistics Director.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe look for potential, not only performance.
