About the Role
Established in 1885 by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, Calvary is a not-for-profit Catholic health care organisation delivering outstanding health, home care, and aged care services to the communities we serve.
Calvary operates a national network primarily comprised of hospitals and aged care facilities, with a property portfolio exceeding 200 owned or leased properties, excluding Western Australia. In addition, we manage over 160 revenue leases with healthcare providers, community organisations, and retail businesses.
The National Property & Leasing Associate will assist the National Property and Leasing Lead in managing the commercial aspects of Calvary's national property portfolio. Leveraging their leasing and administrative experience, commercial insight, and keen attention to detail, the Associate will work to optimise performance, drive growth, measure success and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the National Property and Leasing Lead in managing Calvary's property portfolio, ensuring compliance with commercial and legislative requirements.
Negotiate leases, property sales, and acquisitions with relevant parties.
Assist all internal and external stakeholders with day-to-day lease-related enquiries.
Manage all lease administration tasks, developing and improving processes and maintaining accurate records in all property systems.
Implement processes to manage landlord and tenant obligations under leases and related occupancy agreements.
