We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role.The Opportunity:Reporting to the National Technical and Customer Support Manager, as National Product Support you will play a critical role in managing and supporting Komatsu customers both internally and externally in resolving complex machines issues and to assist in maximising equipment availability, reliability, and productivity of the Komatsu Western Region EWL fleet. You will provide key technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist new plant commissioning, aid detailed OEM discussion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.The ideal candidate will be a HD Technician with specialised expertise in Electric Wheel Loaders; HV Electrical accreditation is highly desirable for this role. You should have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex machine issues, as well as experience in optimising equipment availability.
