Disability Services Manager – Orange N.S.W National Premier Disability Services Pty Ltd is a flexible NDIS provider that strives to enhance the opportunities of people with disabilities to have an engaging, self-determined, and fulfilling life within the community. NDS actively provides quality services in Sydney, Orange, Brisbane, and Perth.
We are seeking to employ a full-time Disability Services Manager for our Orange Region. The position will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service provision to all participants and continued business growth and development.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can demonstrate engaging leadership, strategic thinking, proven business growth and development, and a determination and passion to deliver high-quality services.
Key Selection Criteria Relevant formal qualification in Disability/Community Services, Management or Business. Extensive experience in service management and actively supporting people with a disability, in both community and accommodation settings. An extensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and implementation of quality services that are participant-driven. Experience in all aspects of employee management, training and development, recruitment and induction, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills across various engagements with participants, families, external stakeholders, community groups, governments, regulatory bodies, employees, and senior management. Engagement at a senior management level in contributing, developing, and implementing organisational strategic planning, leadership, policy development and compliance, risk management, and continuous improvements. Demonstrated experience in business growth and development, ensuring financial viability and expanding and developing new and innovative programs and services. Transparency and accountability in setting and meeting KPIs. Ensure services are regularly monitored, reviewed, and adjusted according to the needs of individual participants and meet NDIA plan goals and funding. Current National Police Check. Current Working with Children Check. Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle. Thorough understanding of the human services sector with an in-depth knowledge of NDIS, industry standards, quality frameworks, and legislative requirements, ensuring compliance. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with managing conflicts and complaints.
