We have a great customer-facing role that promotes collaboration and supports the responsible growth of our business.
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a portfolio of key mining and heavy industrial customers in Western Australia.
This role is remote with a preference for candidates located in the Port Hedland or Karratha region.

Primary duties include:
Maintaining a deep understanding of our core markets and our customers' needs to ensure we are recognized as a trusted advisor Fostering positive relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure business alignment and service delivery Driving sustainable revenue growth by building a strong sales pipeline and converting new business Being a positive contributor to the dynamic and successful Sales & Marketing team Working with major customers to identify operational and/or safety issues for which we can partner and design solutions Traveling to build trusted relationships, identify and validate opportunities, and deliver product training Your background:
You have an established network of contacts in the mining industry, ideally with a range of stakeholders in safety and/or operational roles You build collaborative relationships, use a values-based selling approach, and follow a systematic process to deliver great outcomes A trade background would help with your understanding of our products and their applications, but this isn't essential Effective communication, both verbal and written We will negotiate a competitive package commensurate with your skill set, based on background, capability, and experience.
