Your New Role
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Sales Support to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Tullamarine office.

As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To obtain new customers and maintain existing customers as per the sales target.
Always present yourself as an ambassador of Hellmann, ensuring that the company's standards, principles and reputation are always maintained to the highest level.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base within target perishable verticals and ensures its strong presence.
Achieve growth and profitability targets in line with pre-agreed annual targets.
Grow project pipeline by prospecting, identifying and evaluating new opportunities, to be presented to Country/Regional Management on a monthly basis indicating overall value of pipeline vs. the agreed annual targets, weighted evaluation on ability to close and expected timelines.
Gather market data and competitive intelligence through customer interaction, key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies and other sources.
Remain current in market trends, technology, and best practices to ensure relevance when engaging with prospective customers.
Develop strong relationships with key target customers across the decision-making matrix.
Fully review and understand RFI/RFQ/RFP requests, in order to work with the operational and solutions teams for a go/no-go decision on opportunities.
Working with the operational and solutions team, develop operationally and commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Confidently understand, present and explain engineered solutions in order to close the business.
Take the lead in contract negotiations in order to achieve mutually beneficial contractual terms – highlight and escalate any risks either operationally or commercially to Country/Regional management.
Prepare and handover to the implementation team after contractual agreement is finalized.
Remain aware of the operational/commercial performance of implemented business and assist if requested by Country/Regional management in account management – this is a secondary role and cannot dilute from the primary business growth targets.
Deal with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor/manager.
What You Need
We will help you be successful in this role.
To start you will need:
Perishable background.
Experience in the international forwarding industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
