About the role

Our Data, Insights and Analytics team is based across Sydney and Melbourne and we work in a hybrid office. This is a full time role in our Data, Insights and Analytics team, focused on ensuring consistency in our KPIs and business glossary, undertaking analyses as requested by the business, presenting findings to senior stakeholders and ensuring all advisory requests are clearly documented and retrievable for later use. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and goal focused, with the ability to work independently or in a team to deliver outcomes.

Your main duties will include:

Analyse performance deviations, identify areas needing improvement, recommend actionable strategies and present findings through compelling data visualisations.

Maintain and manage the Performance Framework and Business Glossary to track and enhance organisational performance.

Advise on the design, development, and use of business intelligence solutions, in collaboration with business stakeholders to strengthen and automate analysis, review, and performance reporting functions.

About you

You have relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated strong experience in performance analytics and business intelligence.

You have demonstrated substantial experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or operational management.

You exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.

You exhibit a high level of thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail.

You have proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion.

You possess a comprehensive understanding of current issues and developments impacting the delivery of health & aged care services.

You show a strong commitment to the values and mission of Calvary.

Experience in Health/Aged Care sector is highly desirable.
