Our client is a major construction and earthmoving dealership group, with branches in most Australian states.
They have been selling and servicing machinery throughout Australia since the early 2000s, are growing year on year, and are now considered one of the major players in the industry.
About the role
We are looking to speak with experienced National Parts Managers with previous Parts Sales business management experience to optimise sales, margin, and profitability of the business across Australia.
You will primarily be tasked with building and developing a strong, sales-driven, and market-oriented sales and customer support team, and achieving sales and financial objectives.
You will also have the autonomy to translate the group's strategy to a local business plan, including the implementation of:
Group Product and Marketing planseCommerce initiativesTrade showsPlus much more!Ideally, you will have: Proven experience in a similar role, and be prepared to be hands-on and proactiveThe ability to lead a team and provide training and mentoring for successA willingness to travelA remuneration package comprising of a healthy retainer of c. $160,000 plus incentives & dual cab ute will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
Previous exposure to Construction or Earthmoving Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position.
Candidates who have experience with brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Hitachi, Caterpillar/CAT, Liebherr, Komatsu, Kubota, Bobcat, Case Construction, JCB, Yanmar, Sumitomo or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
