This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack In-Store - a new initiative that helps customers earn Cashback in the offline world, and allows merchants to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.

Your Adventure AheadTo be part of a new team in driving our business development efforts in ShopBack In-StoreTo establish and execute company's plan in acquiring enterprise / national merchant partnersConduct market and potential clients' research for our target categoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory/zoneSet merchant partners up for success with ShopBack In-Store through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectationsEssentials to SucceedAt least 5 year of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management / PartnershipsComes with direct network and experience in the F&B tech spaceA self-starter and motivated individual with a can't-is-not-an-option attitude.Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skillsA problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakesMust be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the workDriven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environmentPassionate about being part of an exciting new team that wants to make a meaningful impact in the regionDetermine to join and perform in one of the fastest growing start-up in Australia  Exclusively for ShopBackers * Hybrid working and work-from-anywhere benefit
