Develop and manage ongoing relationships with referral partners, affiliates and lenders. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business loan leads through referral partners, affiliates, and lenders. Identify and establish new partnerships with key industry stakeholders, financial institutions, associations, and other potential referral sources to expand the network of Lendaly's partners. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular communication, providing support, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth. Conduct regular training sessions and provide educational resources to partners to enhance their understanding of Lendaly's loan products and processes. Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional partner experience. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, outlining terms, conditions, and performance expectations to ensure mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations for adapting partnership strategies accordingly. Represent Lendaly at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new partnerships and raise brand awareness. Job requirements Proven track record of at least X years (specify the desired experience) in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of the business loan industry, including various types of business loans, lending processes, and regulatory considerations. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders, such as referral partners, affiliates, financial institutions, and lenders. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to articulate partnership opportunities, terms, and benefits effectively.
