This role will support the management of national expenditure on industry partnerships, with the aim of enhancing ROI and engagement. The responsibilities include managing partnership activities that directly support our go-to-market efforts and align with the broader business strategy.In addition, this role will support the activation of strategic go-to-market activity nationally. Working closely with the National Partnerships Lead, the focus will be on devising strategies that bolster Urbis' and Cistri's reputation and profile among target audiences in selected markets through innovative content, campaigns, and initiatives. The role also entails establishing national standards, systems, and processes, as well as managing internal communications around key events and partnerships. This will ensure consistency and maximise the impact of our activities.Beyond driving national efforts, this role will support local NSW marketing and communications activities. The National Partnerships and Market Activation Senior Consultant collaborates closely with Brand & Clients colleagues to deliver a cohesive and impactful experience for our internal clients.You will:Develop and execute strategic partnerships and event activities to amplify Urbis and Cistri's market influence and business growth potential across owned and external channels.Support management and optimisation of national expenditure on industry partnerships, focusing on enhancing ROI and engagement through regular measurement, reporting, and optimisation.Collaborate with the National Partnerships Lead to supervise national industry organisation activities and partnerships, enhancing Urbis' and Cistri's reputation among target audiences.Support local NSW marketing and communications activities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for our internal and external clients.Establish national standards for internal communications activity around key events and partnerships, creating a framework for consistent and effective communication that ensures all stakeholders are informed and engaged.Coach Directors and Associate Directors to enhance their 'bolder voice' capability across various communication mediums.Contribute to the development of tools and practices to enhance the Business Development/Marketing capability of our staff.Contribute to the continuous improvement of work health and safety and promoting compliance by others.About you:6 years of relevant experience, ideally within a Professional Services, matrixed environment.Proven experience in client engagement (internal and external).Previous experience managing vendor relationships.Relevant tertiary qualifications.Previous marketing experience.Why Urbis?Urbis is committed to fostering an inclusive, flexible, and diverse work environment.
