We are looking to bring in an experienced National Operations Manager to oversee nationwide operations across our three restoration businesses, Marshalls, FEN & Xtreme Clean Sanitisation & Restoration. Your leadership will be pivotal in leading continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in delivering a high performing service and experience to our clients.
Ambrose Construct Group – Restoration is one of Australia's largest restoration groups delivering restoration services throughout Australia for over 25 years. Our clients are insurance companies, brokers, insurance assessing firms, insurance builders, and commercial & domestic body corporates, who require fast, efficient, and cost-effective restoration service.
The role is, but not limited to:
Operations:
Lead and assist in the development and implementation of operational activities within the organisation including project support, collation of information, reporting and visualisation of data analysis, system, and performance enhancement. Strategic Business Development and relationship building with key contacts in the Insurer, Loss Adjuster, Broker and national restoration network. Work with National stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes and to achieve goals set for the business, state, region and individual team members. Contribute positively with project stakeholders and leaders to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance solutions. Provide operational support to the Executive Leadership Team in achieving the organisational goals including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives. Establish and maintain communication links/processes/systems with relevant leaders, staff, clients and stakeholders in a professional manner. Contribute positively to the company brand and culture. Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation including the relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures applicable to Ambrose Construct Group. Clients:
Enhance current client relationships to drive organic growth through performance and responsiveness. Support business on delivery of client's SLA's to exceed their expectations. Build relationships with current and prospective clients to diversify business revenue. Prioritise client escalations to deliver a best-in-class resolution service. Attend client performance discussions and contribute positively to delivering outcomes. Reporting & Analysis:
Undertake strategic planning with management on delivering outcomes both from a business perspective for KPI's and client SLA's. Work closely with the General Manager and the Ambrose Construct Group to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities. Provide support and assistance to the organisation in the ongoing reporting and development of client key performance indicators and operational reporting requirements. Assist with cost adherence and target attainment including preparation of reports and action plans. Qualifications:
Degree qualified or equivalent experience in business operations & development, supplier performance, relationship management. Knowledge of and experience in the insurance and restoration industry is highly desirable. Ability to meet and exceed deadlines. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client escalations. Strong people management skills. High level of personal integrity and confidentiality. Ability to have constructive conversations and enhance performance. What ACG Restoration can offer:
