Providing specialist fire and related services within complex environments our client supports the delivery of critical services and programs. Reporting to the General Manager your national role is pivotal in leading 8 Senior Managers, who then oversee multiple service facilities within their respective states/regions. With a team of over 400, under multiple EA's, this business is heavily reliant on a high-performance, well trained, regulated workforce. You will ideally have a deep understanding of Fire regulations, or similar regulatory workplaces, where compliance to standards and systems is vital to both performance and a safe (HSE) workplace. You have led a large team, potentially from a fire services, first responder or defence sector, and have transitioned into a senior Operations/P&L leadership role. You are confident around financials, budgets, HSE and Operations, through to training and systems development, and externally you hold a strong client stakeholder capability. Leading by example, managing culture and performance, are all key elements you embrace within your own skill set and values. Remuneration is positioned for a strong Operations Management role, can be located central or east coast Australia.
