Your role provides essential operational support and senior-level coordination to the Head of Function (HoF) – Sourcing & Attraction, as well as to the Sourcing and Attraction team. You will ensure the successful delivery of administrative tasks, strategic documents, information management, and marketing and communication needs.You will:Lead and administer all Marketing operational tasks allocated to the Sourcing and Attraction function aligned with the HoF – Sourcing and Attraction.Manage and coordinate promptly all Commonwealth and/or other requests, including ministerial, connecting these to the relevant team members and supporting through review and clearance to ensure accuracy of information.Identification of strategic opportunities and areas of improvement to support Sourcing and Attraction and ADF Careers in general to drive efficiencies and outcomes.Facilitation of functional and cross functional cohesion across ADF Careers to ensure best use of resources and outcomes.Management of contract related reporting and requirements, with the Commonwealth and/or agency partners.Coordination of key meetings (including minutes), conferences, travel and administration for the HoF Sourcing and Attraction, in line with the Commonwealth and Adecco requirements.Support the wider Sourcing and Attraction function with the planning, execution of, and operational support across campaigns, projects and jobs.Establish and articulate core processes and workflows to ensure efficient, effective and on-time implementation to meet business needs.Issue and resolution management ensuring improvement and compliance.Collaboration with a range of stakeholders across ADF Careers and agency suppliers to achieve strategic marketing and organisational outcomes.Maintain knowledge of wider strategic priorities, including Commonwealth, Adecco and external influencers to best position Sourcing and Attraction's representations.Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.Candidate's ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.Your background will demonstrate:Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop and respond to ministerial documents and briefings.High level of understanding of advertising, marketing and communication practices and their practical application.Capability to provide administrative, organisational and planning support to management and teams, and administrative, organisational and planning support to ensure the effective and efficient functionality of an office.Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written skills including the ability to liaise, influence and create positive relationships.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, media, communications, advertising, business, operations management or related field.Experience in working with Government or Defence would be highly regarded.10+ years' experience in working in marketing, media, government relations, communications or advertising highly regarded.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.How to applyIf eligible, please submit your resume; applications are open to all qualified Australian citizens regardless of their background, identity, experiences and beliefs.If you need assistance during our recruitment process, please email our friendly TA team at ****** for a confidential conversation.To apply for this position, please submit your application online through our designated platform.
