This role is brand new and will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of this business moving forward.
Applicants with previous Automotive, Agricultural, Truck or Equipment Marketing experience are encouraged to apply. We are also open to speaking with those who have a track record in developing compelling propositions in a national business with a retail or FMCG background. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Gather and analyse customer feedback (Voice of Customer) to inform product development and marketing strategies.Product Management: Act as the central point of contact for managing product design requests and product change requests. Translate market demands and customer feedback into actionable product development plans, coordinating with the R&D department.Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to effectively launch and promote new and existing products. This includes creating marketing materials, defining pricing and promotion strategies, and supporting the sales team with product information and training.Marketing Services: Manage marketing agencies and other external vendors to deliver a range of marketing services, such as content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to provide marketing support and ensure alignment with their respective goals and strategies.Ideally you will have:Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, preferably MarketingStrong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skillsAbility to translate market data and customer insights into actionable marketing plansExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skillsAn entrepreneurial spirit, strong ability to engage and develop teams, and management experienceA proven track record in a marketing leadership role, with experience in market research, product management, and product marketing.Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industries would be highly regarded.A remuneration package comprising of a healthy base salary of between $180,000 - $200,000 plus annual bonus will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
LocationThe business is headquartered in Regional NSW, however the successful candidate can perform this role from anywhere with quick access to a major airport. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Toowoomba would be the ideal locations. You can expect to be away from home and on-site in regional NSW one week every month.
