National Manager - Direct Admissions Services This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly motivated team in a proactive, innovation-focused work environment. If you are an experienced middle-manager or want to take your first steps in that area this is an opportunity to establish yourself in tertiary administration. Work closely with faculty and professional staff across the university, providing data, reports and system enhancements for domestic admissions processes. ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging, and generous leave provisions although this role is subject to leave embargoes during peak periods. Full time continuing role at our Brisbane campus with some hybrid flexibility. About the role: Direct Admissions Services (DAS) is a centralised national section that manages internal and external direct admissions processes including conversion activities. We are currently seeking to appoint a National Manager to build and sustain ACU's competitive market advantage by optimising admissions services including articulations, credit management, and internal transfers. You will lead a client-focused service team, using evidence-based decision making to continuously improve the stakeholder experience.
More specifically the role entails:
policy and process maintenance and improvement system management staff and stakeholder engagement data oversight and reporting training and development

What we offer: The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
Total remuneration valued to $151,211 - $161,352 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $127,838 - $136,506 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
