About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven National Manager Business Process Transformation to join our team! Reporting to Head of IT, this role manages a small team and oversees all aspects of Konica Minolta Australia's national process improvement initiatives, user acceptance testing and training for system enhancements. You will also be a driver of user adoption, working closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements and process.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement business plans and roadmaps for the national business process transformation function to support organisational priorities and meet customer needs.Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.Analyse workflows and map out the existing process and identify any potential risks.Manage user acceptance testing and ensure the smooth delivery of system enhancements and provide system training if necessary.Create user stories, test cases and test scenarios.Write procedures, technical documents and training material.Work with Developers and external vendors to provide effective solutions.Lead national Business Process Transformation team, with a people-driven approach overseeing the day-to-day allocation of work and projects to ensure that appropriate support is provided, and team effectiveness is maintained.Who are we looking for? Tertiary Qualification (Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration).Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate operational and technical discussions.Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools: (Jira, Confluence (or similar), Monday.com or similar, and other Microsoft applications i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
