This dedicated role is essential for aligning Komatsu's strategies with the vision, mission, and goals of our valued Key Accounts, specifically supporting BHP.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the vital link between Komatsu Australia and Global Account and Factory TeamsDevelop, implement, and manage strategic plans tailored to meet Key Account objectivesContinuously review and update these plans on a quarterly basis, ensuring they are communicated effectively within Komatsu to foster collaboration and engagement across relevant teams and departmentsLead the relationship with the customer and support the regional teams to deliver to the customer requirementsWhat You'll Bring: In this pivotal position, your leadership and insight will be crucial in strengthening partnerships and driving service excellence for our clients. By taking on this role, you'll play a significant part in propelling Komatsu's growth and commitment to delivering exceptional value.
