National Key Account Manager - Agricultural SolutionsFormula for SuccessAt BASF we are entering an exciting time within our Agriculture business with an existing portfolio of world class products and a pipeline of new products that will bring significant benefits to the Agriculture industry.
In this important new role as Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the relationship with one of BASF's most important customers. You'll lead the creation of tactical strategies based on short and long-term objectives in collaboration with this key account.
You will:
Collaborate with teams across the division to improve the customer experienceDrive commercial strategic imperatives for BASF Agricultural solutionsDevelop commercial trade agreements and offersGrow relationships to create clear value proposition based on future strategy focusDevelop and project manage joint demand creation plans for BASF productsIngredients for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll have experience building strong relationships with key corporate accounts. You'll demonstrate strategic thinking, in creating relevant and targeted long-term plans of growth. You'll also have the ability to proactively analyse market changes and create long-term plans accordingly.
You will:
Demonstrate success in Agricultural sales, or a similar technical industryBe able to independently create strategic plans, both short and long-termHave a strong commercial understanding, with experience in complex negotiationShow the motivation to drive sustainable positive changeWhat we can offer youAt BASF you get more than just compensation.
