Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of health information management? We're seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Health Information Services. With a team of 25 dedicated professionals under your guidance, you'll oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management, driving excellence in every aspect.

Impactful Leadership: You'll be at the forefront, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our health information systems, crucial for billing, research, and quality care.Strategic Influence: Collaborate with clinical leaders and IT to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance data management and streamline workflows.Privacy & Compliance: Serve as Icon's Privacy Officer, playing a key role in safeguarding patient information and ensuring compliance with legal standards.What You'll Do: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.Oversee critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.Coordinate the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.Ensure information release requests and medical transcriptions are accurate and timely.What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree in Health Science/Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.Experience: Proven experience in health information management, clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), clinical information systems, forms design, and auditing.Leadership: A strong track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.Your Opportunity to Shine: This is more than just a job; it's a chance to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
