National Head of Fuel Excellent renumeration package- Hastings, VictoriaThe company:My client is a well know, multi-national, multi-billion dollar petroleum retailer, with its Hastings Terminal importing over 800 million litres annually.This role will be based at the Hastings Terminal where you will act at Terminal Manager and oversee four other Terminals nationally.Benefits of the role:

The role of the General Manager will include:
Oversee Major Hazards facility, ensure all compliance is maintained
Oversee the import, discharge, safety, maintenance, teams and operations of the Hastings terminal and 4 other Terminals
Directly and indirectly manage and provide training and support to a team of 20+ people as well as vendors
Take a hands-on approach to all operations within the Hastings Terminal
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations + MHF, ESV and EPA compliance
Maintenance standard compliance, maintain licenses to operate, manage stock across sites -AS1851, AS 1940, AS2885
Provide KPI reports to GM of Terminals, optimise Terminal performance against KPI's
To be successful in this role, you will need:
10+ years' fuel terminals experience
Major Hazard Facility experience and certs
Shore Officer certs
Experience dealing with Regulators
Strong vendor management experience
Mastery skill level in Safety protocols
Experience with jet fuel a bonus but not essential
This is a hand on, on site role that cannot be delivered remotely
