We are looking for a self-driven National Fire Services Manager to join our fast-growing Fire Business.This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that provides training for career progression and is gearing up for continued growth.About the role:As a key leader reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you'll take command of the National Fire Service business, ensuring contractual compliance and peak performance across the board. Not only will you oversee critical operational processes, but you'll also drive growth initiatives and boost branch profitability, making a lasting impact on the business. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Group General Manager and the service team, to plan, coordinate, and implement winning business strategies. This hands-on position demands a proactive approach to managing timelines and delivering essential fire and electrical safety measures—ensuring products and services are provided on schedule for inspections, testing, and compliance standards.About you:We're seeking a dynamic, sales-driven leader who's ready to propel our business to new heights. Here's what success looks like:Proven Leadership: You have experience managing and inspiring large teams to achieve their best.Financial & Operational Savvy: Confident in managing financials, budgets, HSE, operations, training, and systems development, you bring a strong grasp of business essentials.Stakeholder Mastery: You excel in building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and adaptable, your communication style fosters teamwork and client satisfaction.Professional Presentation: You consistently present yourself with polish and professionalism.Technical Acumen: With a keen technical aptitude, you're quick to understand and navigate complex systems.Self-Driven & Motivated: Highly proactive, you bring passion and drive to every aspect of your role.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive Project Success: Ensure seamless completion of all jobs, from start to invoicing, leveraging Uptick for end-to-end process management.New Site Launch & Asset Coordination: Lead the setup of new sites, establishing schedules for assets to keep everything on track and running smoothly.Onboard Talent: Spearhead the onboarding process for new service staff and technicians, setting them up for success from day one.Empower & Support Teams: Provide ongoing guidance to technicians and coordinators, fostering a supportive environment where everyone thrives.Ensure Standards Compliance: Uphold Fire Industry Standards across all jobs, guaranteeing safety, quality, and compliance at every stage.Coach & Inspire: Mentor national service teams, instilling a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service experiences for key accounts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency, pushing boundaries and enhancing performance.Industry Representation & Networking: Act as the company's ambassador at industry events, building valuable relationships with key stakeholders and positioning the company as a leader in the field.To Succeed:Tertiary Business Qualification or Diploma preferred.
