What you will doThe National Facility Manager falls into the Volvo Group Real Estate division and is responsible for driving work within facility management, property projects and overseeing service suppliers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Continuous development, improvement and implementation of a clear Facilities Management strategy across multiple facilities in NSW and QLDResponsible to ensure maintenance of our properties through their life-cycle by a structured work with property condition assessments and LTM plans.Assuring compliance with relevant directives, authority regulations, laws and property legislationSupporting in local dialogues with our colleagues after alignment with business control regarding cost calculation output and figures for forecastLeading major Long Term Maintenance / installations replacement projects nationally using internal and external resources across all facilitiesDeveloping and implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce costs including solar and EV installationsWorking closely with our global teams and networks, contributing to improved processes and ways of working.Your future teamVolvo Group Real Estate are responsible for all infrastructure of Volvo Group's owned and leased sites nationally. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Australia, you will be part of a team of 4, also working alongside a Property Manager and Property Coordinator. Volvo Group Real Estate currently work across 19 sites spread across Australia.
