They are in growth mode and need to add an Engineering Manager in Melbourne to continue delivering their in-demand services.
About the role

As the National Engineering Manager, you will:
Provide support and mentoring to the Sales and Engineering team nationally.Identify and specify the appropriate materials, components, and suppliers needed for product construction, ensuring considerations for cost, quality, and availability.Conduct and review detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify the design's integrity, structural soundness, and performance characteristics.Work closely with operations teams to ensure the design intent is effectively integrated into production processes, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to develop and optimize fabrication processes, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Requirements for this role Tertiary Engineering qualifications.RPEQ or CPEng is ESSENTIAL.Must have practical seismic experience in Australia.Experience in systems improvements and streamlining processes.
