Based in Milton, QLD, North Ryde, NSW or Parkville, VIC with hybrid working.
Reporting directly to the General Manager People and Culture Operations, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the design and development of the National D&I Strategy, including management of the inaugural D&I survey, results analysis, and consultation with internal stakeholders and external subject matter experts on future D&I targets and initiatives.Establishing and chairing an organisational D&I consultative committee, providing a platform for employee engagement and embedding D&I across the organisation.Monitoring and reporting on progress towards D&I goals, incorporating interdepartmental initiatives such as the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).Collaborating with the Organisational Development and People & Culture teams to ensure D&I principles are embedded in our policies, processes, and learning activities.Advising on inclusive communications, data collection, and the development of new D&I policies and programs.What is in it for you?Salary benefits:
