We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team. Based in our state office in Canning Vale, you will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries and provide support for internal sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge and passion for providing outstanding client experience. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a dynamic team, we would like to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE... Liaising directly with Builders over phone & emailSupporting the sales force with general administrative duties to help reach the team's objectivesKeep accurate client and job recordsData entry and database maintenanceRelationship management with both customers and suppliersMaintain internal team relationshipsOrder management – maintaining accurate delivery dates and stock allocationsLiaising with internal divisions such as procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure projects run smoothlyProblem-solving any on-site issues that may arise and achieving timely resolutionsREQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE... Be a customer service superstar!Have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same timeBe proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environmentBe confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skillsHave exceptional verbal and written communication skillsHave strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiativeBe highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite productsPrevious experience in the building industry/ with building products is highly sought after but not essentialOUR CULTURE...
