National Course Advisor - Melbourne South Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia Navitas; Careers and Industry Division is seeking a motivated and confident candidate with exceptional telephone sales skills for the role of National Course Advisor.
This role is responsible for ensuring new domestic students are recruited and enrolled into the various courses and programs on offer in our colleges. The role primarily engages with prospective students by telephone to provide relevant course information and establish service-oriented relationships that lead to increased enrolments, achieving campus and individual enrolment targets.
The National Course Advisor tasks and responsibilities include: Building rapport and communicating effectively with prospective students to ensure enrolment targets and service metrics are achieved. Managing and nurturing all prospective students, enrolments and ensuring compliance measures are met. Providing detailed and accurate course, career and market information to students pertaining to the business unit, brand or campus and the associated industry. Ensuring prospective students' issues and concerns are resolved within Service Level Agreements. Preparing reports to reflect sales performance and providing insightful suggestions to further grow the business whilst ensuring expected sales and growth targets are met. Maintaining and ensuring all sales systems i.e., sales CRM is updated with accurate data. Providing feedback and resolving customer queries within service level agreements. The person we seek will ideally have the following: Qualifications & Experience Experience within a sales environment with demonstrated proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, preferably within the education sector. Experience with sales and service systems i.e. Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Experience working in a team and also autonomously with shared goals. Ability to handle competing priorities, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.
