Job DescriptionAbout the Role Are you passionate about helping others take the next step in their education journey? As a National Course Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective domestic students towards their future by connecting them with the right courses and programs.
This dynamic and rewarding role is all about creating meaningful connections with potential students, primarily over the phone, to provide accurate, relevant course information and build strong, service-oriented relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving enrolment goals for both the campus and your individual targets.
What you'll be doing: Building strong rapport with prospective students and guiding them toward enrolment, ensuring both service metrics and enrolment targets are met.Managing and nurturing prospective student pipelines while adhering to compliance requirements.Delivering detailed course, career, and industry information to empower students to make informed decisions.Addressing student inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently within Service Level Agreements.Preparing insightful performance reports and contributing fresh ideas to drive enrolments and business growth.Keeping sales systems (CRM) updated with accurate, real-time data.Responding to customer feedback with professionalism and ensuring timely resolution of queries.This is more than just a sales role – it's an opportunity to make a genuine impact on people's lives by helping them embark on an exciting new chapter of personal and professional growth.

QualificationsThe person we seek will ideally have the following: Experience within a sales environment with demonstrated proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, preferably within the education sector.Experience with sales and service systems i.e. Salesforce CRM.Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills.Experience working in a team and also autonomously with shared goals.Ability to handle competing priorities, communicate progress, and manage stakeholders expectations.Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and personnel responsibilities.Additional InformationACAP focuses on shared values and strengths across our teams.
