National Corporate/Key Account ExecutiveRespected global brand – now Australian ownedJoin a long established manufacturing business with new re-vitalized horizonsBased in Melbourne or SydneyArmstrong Flooring is looking for a self-motivated, strategic and results orientated sales professional to join our established commercial sales leadership team to build long term strategic, commercial and profitable relationships with key property developers, commercial customers, contractors, builders and end users.About UsArmstrong Flooring, Australia's only resilient floor coverings manufacturer, and a leading key supplier to health and other commercial markets, has an established reputation delivering quality products and customer service excellence - making them a company of choice for leading architects, designers and builders across Australia.Having recently been purchased by a well known Australian family, the business is now diversifying its flooring product portfolio and expanding its sales channels and seeking a strategic experienced key account manager to manage and grow top-tier customers and end users to drive sales and foster long term partnerships.The RoleReporting to the National Commercial Sales Manager, you will leverage your established relationships with major retail brands, end-user groups, property developers, architects, designers, builders, and flooring contractors.Your primary focus will be to strategically identify and develop new commercial sales channels while nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base to maximize business opportunities.Additionally, you will work to position Armstrong Flooring as the preferred brand for commercial projects, securing and maintaining product specifications.About You:To excel in this role, ideally you will have:A successful commercial track record in key account ideally within the flooring or building related industry, with a focus on using strategic initiatives to cultivate and develop long-term partnerships.Thorough understanding of the Australian building industry and specification process from architects to builders and end usersAbility to develop and implement effective business development strategiesAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsStrong analytical skills to identify and address client needsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsArticulate, responsible and polished approachA results driven, proactive attitude is a must!If you think this role sounds like you, please apply online with a covering letter setting out your interest in the role.
