You can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.Your RoleYou will be a key part of our Contract Logistics team. Your leadership, negotiation, and operational skills will ensure a continued positive Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.Your ResponsibilitiesYour primary objective will be to manage the entire Australian domestic distribution network in accordance with the overall strategic plan, with a high focus on growth, profitability, and customer retention.You will achieve this by leading and developing your team while simultaneously collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:Manage the performance of your team to achieve agreed client service levels and costs within budgetary requirements.Ensure a safe and compliant environment in line with both internal standards, local legislation, and external regulations.Analyse our transport network and identify and implement strategic strategies to create further efficiencies, with a focus on achieving our sustainability goals.Lead process implementation to ensure a continuous improvement culture is maintained.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe look for potential as well as performance.
