Oversee claims operations, hiring, onboard and guide your team, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Develop strategies, enhance processes, and ensure compliance in automotive claims for recreational vehicles.
Build strong relationships with insurers, stakeholders, and providers to drive efficiency and excellence.
About you Extensive experience managing claims within insurance or automotive industries, with a strong understanding of regulations and compliance.
Proven leader with experience building high-performing teams and driving process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Skilled in managing complex claims and negotiations, using data-driven insights to make confident decisions.
Proficient in claims management software, backed by exceptional communication skills and relevant industry qualifications.
