The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Executive with a strong focus on Data & Insights to join our dynamic National Accounts Team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping drive business growth, market penetration, and delivering data-driven insights to help deliver the sales agenda. You will collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The role reports to the National Business Manager (NBM) and is based in Sydney, Norwest.

Principle Accountabilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on market penetration and growth.Data & Insights: Use advanced data analytics and tools to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making, identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to help NAM drive long-term growth strategies and support sales forecasting and reporting.Account Management: Assist NBM in managing national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely product delivery, and fostering long-term business relationships.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry regulations.Team Planning & Collaboration: Collaborate with NBM, peers, managers, and leaders to align business strategies with company goals, ensuring data-driven decisions.Skills and Experience Required Sales: Proven experience in developing and executing strategies within key accounts, and driving business growth in a regulated industry.Data Analytics & Insights: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and experience using insights to guide strategic decisions.Market & Competitive Analysis: In-depth understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, with the ability to identify emerging opportunities.Stakeholder Management: Interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives, retailers, and peers.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the tobacco industry's regulatory environment, compliance standards, and the ability to manage associated challenges.Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to leverage customer feedback and insights.What We Offer In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive:
