**Key Responsibilities:** - Drive new business and growth within the health and seniors living segment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives nationwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets while managing pricing guidelines.
**Scope of Responsibility:** - Oversee the health and seniors living segment revenue, providing support and guidance to the frontline sales team.
- Engage internal stakeholders to effectively communicate and energize the implementation of corporate strategies.
**Essential Responsibilities:** - **Sales and Ownership (70%):** - Directly drive new business and strategic initiatives.
- Regularly report on segment performance and manage the sales pipeline.
- Provide project consultation and represent the company at industry events.
- **Strategic Planning and Market Development (30%):** - Develop an annual strategic plan outlining sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
- Identify new client engagement opportunities and support sustainability initiatives.
**Who You Are:** - Degree qualified in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales/account management, preferably in health, seniors living, or the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
