The role: We are currently seeking a National Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building business relationships to enhance sales while maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Implementation of core strategic approach associated with the expansion of the Automated Logic Brand within Australia Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales Provide total BMCS, MSI and System Solutions while promoting our capabilities and extensive product range Identify target areas within the market Maintain strong product and market knowledge Promote a positive approach within the industry in relation to our product range and new initiatives Ensure all solutions submissions are prepared checked and entered client submissions Maintain network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals exceed industry expectations Provide regular updates to the General Manager with client and industry feedback Timely submission of sale and order forecast as required Delivery of pipeline, booking, sales & gross margin targets Leadership in implementation of Business Development strategies and other projects To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
Previous experience within a similar position Strong knowledge of BMCS, HVAC and similar industries Proven track record of sales within the industry The ability to build long term pipelines An existing network of contacts in the marketplace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Our commitment to you: Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
