The Role: We are currently seeking a National Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building business relationships to enhance sales while maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities: Implement core strategic approaches associated with the expansion of the Automated Logic Brand within Australia.Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions/product sales.Provide total BMCS, MSI, and System Solutions while promoting our capabilities and extensive product range.Identify target areas within the market.Maintain strong product and market knowledge.Promote a positive approach within the industry regarding our product range and new initiatives.Ensure all solutions submissions are prepared, checked, and entered into client submissions.Maintain a network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals that exceed industry expectations.Provide regular updates to the General Manager with client and industry feedback.Timely submission of sales and order forecasts as required.Deliver pipeline, booking, sales, and gross margin targets.Lead the implementation of Business Development strategies and other projects.To be Successful in This Role, You Will Require the Following: Previous experience in a similar position.Strong knowledge of BMCS, HVAC, and similar industries.Proven track record of sales within the industry.The ability to build long-term pipelines.An existing network of contacts in the marketplace.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Our Commitment to You: Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
