Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Business Development Manager to Drive Market Diversification!

Are you ready to shape your career, drive growth, and lead strategic initiatives with an industry leader? Due to ongoing expansion, Cooper Fluid Systems is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to take on a national role focused on market diversification in the Agriculture and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. This role can be based in either our Perth (Redcliffe branch) or Brisbane (Carole Park branch) or Melbourne (Thomastown branch).
About the Role:

In this key position, you'll work closely with branch and regional teams to drive ambitious growth and profitability targets. As part of our strategic expansion, we're looking for a proactive BDM to diversify our clientele and develop proprietary solutions tailored for the Agriculture and Industrial Manufacturing markets.
Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in target sectors. Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.Business Opportunity Identification: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and support partnerships to strengthen market entry.Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales through targeted product strategies, set and exceed revenue goals, and leverage solution-based selling techniques to achieve KPIs.Product Development and Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in developing and improving Cooper Fluid Systems' proprietary products for the Agriculture and Industrial Manufacturing market.Safety-First Approach: Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a safe and proactive work environment.What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Industry Experience: Strong networks and experience in Agriculture and Industrial Manufacturing, particularly with technical products.Sales Skills: Demonstrated history of meeting KPIs and sales targets through solution-based selling.Growth Mindset: A proven track record in driving successful sales and growth initiatives.Coaching and Mentoring: The ability to support and train sales staff, both internally and externally, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.What We Offer:
