About the team Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base.
With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About the Role Join Coles Liquor as our National B2B & Account Manager, where you'll drive our sales strategy to profitably grow our Liquor B2B portfolio.
Lead from the front with full P&L ownership, oversee trade planning, and guide a dedicated team to achieve our objectives.
In this exciting role, you will:
Proactively target and onboard high-value, strategic national accounts to drive sales, profit, and expand market share. Coordinate and streamline efforts across states to ensure a unified approach for our key national customers. Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders. Craft comprehensive and strategic sales plans aligned with business goals. Mentor and elevate a team of three, each responsible for different segments of our B2B channel. About you and your skills A proven track record in business development and growth-focused roles. Preferably, prior experience in the liquor industry. Strong leadership experience with a history of managing high performing sales team nationally. Extensive expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies, operations, and demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
