SENIOR BUSINESS BANKING MANAGER (BROKER) – REGIONAL & AGRIBUSINESS
We are looking for an experienced Business Banker ready for a senior appointment to join our team in Perth, to manage a portfolio of business banking clients. This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing specialised portfolio whilst growing strong broker referral sources, community links and new business partnerships as part of a team approach.
In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will
Specialise in executing broker transactions, servicing broker clients. Assess economic value and risk potential of new business. Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth. Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities. Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market. Discuss customers' proposed annual business plans. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team. Work with internal specialists to best serve your customers. What you'll bring
An established network within the broker industry. Strong business development skills. Demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment. Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience. Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally. A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk. A genuine passion for customer service. This is a full-time position based at 100 St. George's Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.
