Key Responsibilities: Engage with senior business stakeholders on key projects Write and elaborate requirements, participating in agile ceremonies to support the development of strategic onboarding projects Understand and analyze business needs and issues, converting them into requirements to deliver future state strategic changes, including gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements. Focus on delivering artifacts documenting clients and colleagues' functional requirements, breaking down from epics to features and user stories Support the work with technology to progress requirements to detailed solution design, build, and testing phase Act as an interface between Business, Technology, and platform Vendors to ensure that needs are met Contribute to squad deliverables/artefacts based on Product Owner or Delivery Lead/PM's prioritization Align with delivery lifecycles, including the design of journey maps, process maps, and business change implementation artifacts, including training materials and communication What You'll Bring: Minimum 5 years experience defining requirements for customer onboarding domains Minimum 5 years experience working in complex environments as a BA in onboarding and financial crime domains Understanding and experience working in implementing AML CTF Outcomes Strong analysis skills and experience in business requirement documentation A background in Private Wealth & Wealth Management is ideal A proven background in the Financial Services space The ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in line with time-sensitive deadlines Excellent stakeholder management experience Exposure to customer experience, customer journey design, and documentation is preferred A Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Works Better for Everyone
