We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Configuration Co-Ordinator to join our Rail and Transit Systems team at our Auburn NSW Facility.
The National Asset Configuration Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with asset configuration management principles across the organization. This role is vital in aligning the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) virtual assets with physical assets, ultimately driving the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the identification and documentation of assets to maintain an accurate and comprehensive asset registry. Ensure that EAM virtual assets accurately reflect physical assets in line with organizational standards. Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with asset configuration management practices. Identify anomalies and lead rectification efforts to align asset configurations with established standards. Work closely with engineering teams to maintain asset configuration model governance. Ensure all changes to asset configurations are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, facilitating transparency and accountability. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Asset Management, or a related field. Proven experience in asset management, configuration management, or a related discipline. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with EAM systems and configuration management tools is a plus.
