The role itself?
This is an opportunity to join the team based out of the Toowoomba office. As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead the companies campaign management. Your day to day activities in this role will include:
Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in line with the overall objective for the product portfolio/business unit Develop and execute integrated campaigns that connect the target market and are focused on delivering measurable outcomes Develop and deliver detailed campaign briefs to external agencies to proactively coordinate and execute marketing campaigns Develop and coordinate the development of campaign specific and generalised material; corporate/product branded merchandise, product/brand launches, digital assets, technical information, product launches Develop media plans that support the delivery of the campaign objectives Build relationships with media providers/agencies to enable execution of campaign plans Manage vendor relationships; design services, promotional suppliers, printers, social media Actively contribute ideas and feedback that support growth and improvement across the team and business What kind of person will fit the role?
It is important that you have previous experience in marketing and campaign management, have worked in agriculture and are passionate about the industry. We are going to employ a person that has a proven ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships whilst displaying technical confidence.
