The Role: The National Administration Manager reports to the General Manager and is primarily responsible for managing the administration teams for the Australian service business.  This includes both internal and external stakeholders. 
The role will require both leadership of the current administration resources, as well as support with day-to-day operations when needed, to ensure fluent business operations are maintained across all regions. 

As the National Administration Manager, you will have exceptional people skills, promote a good team culture, look for opportunities to improve administration processes and understand key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the administrative and operational needs of the Service Branches, including the General Manager, Service Managers, Service Technicians, and contractorsSupport the creation and implementation of process and workflow improvements to improve business efficiency and resource management.Oversee the maintenance of service contracts in relation to scheduling, service ticket creation and invoicingAssist the Service Managers in ensuring the Service team, in its entirety, perform in line with company expectations about daily documentation to allow the administration team to account for correctly and promptly invoice work undertakenWork with General Manager and Regional Service Managers to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the Service departmentImplement new systems to manage teams and technicians with planning and efficiencyMaintain a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholdersAddress any arising issues/disputes from clients, including invoice queries, technician attendance, or any change of plans as required by the businessEnsure timesheet timeliness and accuracy as a part of this processAssist productivity by organising work in assigned regionsCheck any aged debt and ensure scheduling aligns with Carrier's payment termsRequirements: Previous experience within the HVAC industry is preferredPeople management and demonstrated team leadership skillsCustomer relationship managementDemonstrated success in organising multiple and diverse tasks within a flexible working environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsSalesforce, ServiceMax and SAP experience would be an advantage Strong organisational and follow-up skillsA proactive approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills with a customer-centric focusResults-oriented and robust attention to detail Benefits: Attractive salary package!Excellent job stability + Ongoing training and career development opportunitiesInclusive work environment + Supportive management team Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
