Hybrid working supportedAn opportunity has become available for a National Accounts Payable Manager to join the Ramsay Health Care Finance Group on a permanent full-time basis.
Our Centralised Accounts Payable Team's systems and processes are highly automated and churn high volume in a dynamic environment. It is composed of a large team of warm and friendly people based on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD.
The Role The National Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a dynamic team of 30+ individuals, ensuring consistency of service for the internal and external stakeholders.
This role will involve, but is not limited to: Ensure KPIs and targets are metSchedule resources within budget constraintsManage processes end to end ensuring appropriate segregation of dutiesEnsure all tasks are executed in accordance with Ramsay internal controls & policiesEncourage a growth mindset and reward continuous improvement attitudeDrive improvements in system and process employing change management practiceActively remove barriers and resolve issues at root cause to enable the team to work efficiently and effectivelyFoster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout You To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to mentor, lead and inspire a culture of continuous improvement within your team will see you excel in this role.
Your Essential Skills and Experience Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple items simultaneouslySound understanding of integrated Supply and Accounts Payable processesDynamic in a fast-paced, high volume, continuously changing environmentHigh attention to detail together with appreciation of big pictureStrong analytical skillsAbility to manage people across the hire to retire life cycleMust be able to negotiate, handle conflict, maintain empathy, and end in resolutionUnderstanding of relevant internal controlsStrong skills in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelCPA/CA QualifiedSystems implementation and process improvement experienceExperience with SAP, VIMWhat's in it for you?
