We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic National Account Manager to join our commercial sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), leisure, travel, and cinema/theatre channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage sales activities and distributor networks across the QSR and related channels. Negotiate supply agreements and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional programs that align with company growth targets. Continuously enhance professional skills and contribute to a proactive, innovative sales culture. Lead by example, prioritizing safety and food quality in all aspects of the role.
You will have:
5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or strategic marketing within the FMCG sector. Proven track record in managing national accounts, ideally within the QSR, leisure, travel, or cinema/theatre markets. Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, market analysis, and competitor evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Familiarity with ACCC guidelines related to customer pricing agreements. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
