The Opportunity:
SPC have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated National Account Manager - Ingredients to join the passionate SPC Sales team at Essendon Fields. As the National Account Manager - Ingredients you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth to deliver agreed channel budget outcomes (NSV & SC). To join our B2B Ingredients team and manage key customers across the channel.
Reporting directly to the National Business manager, you will be working closely with relevant cross functional teams; R&D, Operations, procurement, Finance etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & implement strategic growth plans across categories: Fruit prep, Juice, Fruit & Tomatoes.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key customers.
Manage existing customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales deals that meet and/or exceed budget targets.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including marketing, R&D, planning, QA, OPS & Supply chain.
To achieve volume, net sales revenue, and margin contribution (budgeted) for the ingredients channel and customers through:
Implementation of joint business plan initiatives (key customers).
Ingredients and customer contract management.
Stock inventory management.
Develop new business opportunities.
Trading terms negotiations.
Review & implementation of price changes based on COGS.
Forecasting of constrained and unconstrained demand.
Managing NPD projects with the customer and relevant internal function.
The successful candidate will have:
University Qualified.
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
Able to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of key contacts across multiple levels within the industry.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficiency in using Excel and ability to learn new systems.
Proven ability to negotiate for a mutually beneficial outcome.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the team and business.
