National Account Manager - Independent Brands Australia (Iba)

Your Impact We have an opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join the Carlton United Breweries business. You will be responsible for the sales, distribution and performance of our IBA portfolio.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be working closely with your customer to deliver profit, revenue and other performance targets from the national account by understanding the customer's value chain, priorities and how to jointly create more value.
Key responsibilities include: Manage the relationship with the customer and their key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment between our businesses. Engage with primary customer contact to conduct joint business planning. Understand key drivers of customer's business and strategy. Support creation of annual plans with Sales Operations and Customer Marketing and Category to ensure the plan drives value to the customer and CUB. Partner with internal stakeholders such as Category and Innovation to identify new opportunities to drive category growth. Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual goals and objectives. Monitor business performance and return on investment including shared post-evaluation of investment activities as a platform for continuous learning and improvement. Build effective long-term relationships with customers by understanding their key business drivers and requirements. Maximise time spent with customers in up sell, cross sell and brand building by effectively leveraging CUB & customer game plan. About You Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager from within the FMCG industry. You will have exceptional financial and commercial acumen which will be demonstrated through your customer management success. You will also demonstrate:
A proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts. Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts. Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach. Strategic account planning; able to apply market/ industry knowledge and insights to evaluate and develop CUB and customer opportunities. Why Asahi?
