We do this through exceptional customer support, high-quality products, continuous improvement, and of course, treating our employees well and investing in their training and development.The RoleA fantastic opportunity currently exists for a dynamic, hands-on and results driven National Account Manager to join our team.Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will lead, develop and negotiate category solutions for National Accounts within Australia and possibly overseas.ResponsibilitiesBuilding Business Plans for and with Partner Accounts.Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.Implementing strategies and action plans.Providing and updating sales forecasts.Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to build profitable new business and increase sales performance.Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends.Make sure we are achieving our customers' set KPI's and report back to the business.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you must have a 'can do' attitude, the drive and determination to succeed, plus be able to demonstrate:Minimum of four years proven track record of sales success and business development within the hardware market.National account management experience, ideally within the hardware channel.Outstanding relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.The ability to develop talent, coach and motivate for success.Strong data manipulation and analytical expertise.Self-motivation, resilience, determination and a positive outlook.The role will also require some local and international travel.In addition to the opportunity to work for a Company with a tight-knit and highly collaborative culture, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with skills and experience.Other benefits include:Fully maintained Company vehicle, laptop and Company phone.Ongoing opportunities for growth and professional development.Flexible working arrangementsReady to ApplyIf you have the skills we are looking for and want to be an integral member of a strong and progressive team, then forward your CV together with a covering letter demonstrating how you meet the above criteria to ****** application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have with forecasting for businesses?What's your expected annual base salary?How many years' experience do you have as a National Account Manager?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?
