Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityAs the National Account Manager, you will report to the National Business Manager – Distributors & Leisure and focus on delivering the Suntory Foodservice strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving sales and profitability, identifying and securing new business, nurturing relationships with existing partners & implementing strategic plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer acquisition and management with huge opportunity for future development and growth.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeManage strategic relationships with Foodservice customers and industry bodies.Negotiate trading terms to achieve targets.Evaluate competitor activities for continuous improvement.Develop and execute the strategic plan for Foodservice.Collaborate with teams for accurate sales forecasts.Ensure optimal trading terms for Suntory.Engage national customers to expand brand presence.Achieve net sales, profit, and other business targets.Work cross-functionally to meet channel targets.Optimise customer investments for financial outcomes.Implement promotional strategies with the Revenue Growth Team.Co-create long-term business plans with key partners.Negotiate favourable outcomes and execute sales initiatives.Build and nurture relationships to identify improvement opportunities.What's In Your ToolkitProven experience in National Account Management, ideally in Foodservice and QSR.Strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking and analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to maintain and develop new business opportunities with strong skills in acquiring new customers.Willingness to question the status quo and seek more effective methods.The ability to work autonomously with a strong team player mentality.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Suite and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel nationally as needed.Unleash your SpiritAs Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
